Creative Production

As a Creative Producer, I lead on the production and delivery of creative programmes, projects and live events. My strengths in project planning and management, relationship building, strategic vision and artist engagement is the core of my work.

My experience has encompassed programming, events management, festival management, project delivery and development and wider networking, sector development and strategic planning activities. I'm experience with Fundraising and reporting on funded projects, including evaluation. In the last 5 years I have secured over half a million pounds of funding for cultural organisations, venues and projects.

Festival, Event and
Tour Management

I have managed large and small scale festivals, outdoor events, showcases and conferences, and touring for national and international artists.

I have worked in major city centres, handling bespoke builds, licensing and ESAG alongside local council departments.

I have led on contracting, of venues, artists and crew. I have led staff teams, technical crews and managed community based volunteer programmes.

I am first aid and mental health first aid trained, and have worked with Attitude is Everything in approaches to accessibility at both indoor and outdoor events.

Programming and Project Management

I have led major venue and festival programmes, I curate and book artists to suit to style and size of event.

I have managed, developed and delivered projects for regional and national organisations. Maintaining networks and reviewing progress to ensure the projects grow to meet need and deliver the best outcomes.

I'm excited by events in unusual spaces, bringing performances to audiences in exciting and unexpected ways. I have experience of events in non-typical spaces or venues for music performances, such as car parks and urban streets and parks.

Creative Production for Artists

I work with artists on the artistic and creative production of their ambitious projects. Supporting the production elements and project management to enable them to focus on their artistic writing and vision.

I can support with vision, project management, accountability and timelines and oversight planning.

Business Development, strategy and funding

I have supported organisations and businesses through strategic development, including expansion, staff restructuring and sector positioning.

I have secured funding through PRS Foundation and Arts Council England totalling over £530,000 in the last 5 years - including applications to DCMS Cultural Recovery fund, National Lottery Project Grants and Grassroots Music Venue Fund and PRS Foundation Open Fund for Organisations.

I can advise on applications, submissions and strategic alignment within the funded sector.

I have sat on selection panels for PRS Foundation and Help Musicians UK advising on the selection of applications to their artistic funds.
