I'm Lucy, a creative producer and accredited coach, based in Manchester, UK.
Having worked in the arts and culture sector for the last 14 years, I have first hand experience of the challenges and opportunities that this sector offers.
My focus is in music, across the whole breadth of the sector but specialising in jazz and improvised music.
My strengths in project planning and delivery, relationship & network building and professional development connects my portfolio of work.
Coaching
I’m an accredited Coach, working to help those working in the creative industries to clarify and achieve their goals.
I work with artists, freelancers and organisations looking to develop projects, make changes to work/life balance or develop your workplace culture.
I am also a qualified Mental Health First Aider with Mental Health England and completed Music Support's Addiction and Recovery training.
Creative Production
As a creative producer I have developed, managed and delivered projects, festivals and events across the music industry. This includes funding, programming, delivery and evaluation. My key skills include strategic development, seamless delivery, network building and programme curation.
I work with artists on producing ambitious creative projects, specialising in cross art form collaboration, artistic development and project oversight.
Artist Development
I have devised and led artist development programmes for regional and national organisations, as well as working with individual artists with mentoring and personal or project development.
I am committed to promoting equality and access to the arts sector for everyone. I work to create more spaces supporting artists to produce and perform their best work.
